Senior Business Analyst for a project in the BSS domain Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to contribute to a project within the Business Systems and Services domain.

This role involves managing, developing, and maintaining systems and tools that support the company's operations, processes, and services globally. The position offers a pathway to transition into a Product Owner role and eventually grow into a Product Manager role in the future.

This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit business requirements while effectively communicating with stakeholders, negotiating, and managing expectations
  • Analyze and redesign business processes using modeling techniques
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base pages
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm solutions, lead refinements, and conduct estimation sessions
  • Provide consultation and guidance to external teams
  • Present results through demos, training sessions, and organize user acceptance tests
  • Address other business analysis activities as needed

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
  • Proactive attitude with strong initiative
  • Background in Business Analysis across various project phases
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis best practices
  • Experience in stakeholder management with a focus on collaboration
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and the overall SDLC
