For our Client, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation of platform solutions focused on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related capabilities. In this position, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and integrating CMDB, aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and powered by Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with both cloud and on-prem systems.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring solid experience with CI lifecycle automation, Discovery patterns, service modeling, and data ingestion from diverse infrastructure sources.
You can work from one of our well-equipped offices in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Warszawa, or Wrocław.

Responsibilities
- CMDB Implementation: Design and configure a scalable, service-aware CMDB aligned with CSDM principles
- Discovery & Service Mapping: Deploy, configure, and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate and complete CI data and relationships
- Configuration & Automation: Develop and maintain class models, transform maps, reconciliation rules, and lifecycle automation for CI data
- Integrations: Design and support integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-prem systems like SCCM, vCenter, AD, and other infrastructure management tools
- CMDB Health & Compliance: Implement data quality strategies using CMDB Health, normalization rules, and duplicate detection
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Discovery jobs, CMDB data, and integration failures
- Documentation: Maintain clear, structured documentation for CMDB models, Discovery architecture, and integration logic
- Continuous Development: Utilize scripting and Flow Designer to automate platform processes and workflows; stay current with platform updates and capabilities
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Familiarity with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CI class modeling
- Experience integrating with both cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure) and on-prem systems (e.g., SCCM, Active Directory, virtualization platforms)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, MID Server setup and maintenance
- Understanding of IT infrastructure: servers, networks, virtualization, cloud
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in complex technical environments
- Solid communication skills in English, ability to work in distributed teams
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Discovery, CMDB, App Developer) are an advantage
