Help Desk Specialist Description

We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Specialist to join our team and manage incidents and service-related issues effectively.

In this role, you will ensure the operational health of our applications and services, analyze and handle incidents, and communicate efficiently with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Validate, analyze, and manage individual incidents and potential mass-related issues
  • Monitor the operational health of services and applications
  • Foster clear and fluid communication with all incident management stakeholders
  • Actively participate in daily management tasks, offering effective solutions
  • Handle and follow up on assigned tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Customer service background with a minimum of 2 years in a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Competency in Oracle PL/SQL with at least 1 year of experience
  • Qualifications in Kibana
  • Skills in effective incident analysis and management
  • Understanding of application and service monitoring practices
  • Capability to promote efficient communication
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and new needs
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
