Responsibilities
- Lead SAP transformations by defining future-proof architectures ensuring quality standards and aligning solutions with business goals
- Provide technical expertise in SAP configuration, customization and integration while ensuring security, compliance and data privacy
- Architect SAP solutions and de-risk the transition into delivery ensuring program success
- Define and drive SAP transformation roadmaps aligning technology solutions with client business strategies
- Advise clients on SAP best practices leveraging industry insights to optimize business processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions within broader enterprise IT landscapes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations, migration and integration
- Deep expertise in SAP solutions including S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing), SAP SCM, SAP CX and related technologies
- Proactivity, self-motivation, adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying ahead of SAP industry trends
- Very good knowledge of English
Nice to have
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Architect) and expertise in emerging SAP technologies
- Experience in business development and pre-sales, including proposal creation and client presentations
- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform) and integration with third-party systems
