Middle Business Analyst (e-commerce) Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Middle Business Analyst to join our driven team and support eCommerce and Digital Marketing projects. You will play a critical role in gathering business requirements, creating functional documentation, and ensuring successful implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
The position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with the mandatory presence at the customer's office in Athens (Gerakas).

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements for projects focused on eCommerce and Digital Marketing
- Develop functional/technical requirement documents based on gathered business requirements
- Assist users during functional acceptance testing and support the deployment of new or updated applications to enable project implementations
- Participate in the design and execution of implementation/configuration related to eCommerce and Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with internal business and technical teams to finalize requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert for administering and supporting the functional areas within his/her responsibility post-implementation
- Provide functional/technical support to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently
- Organize and lead training sessions for end-users to facilitate change management in collaboration with Regional IT
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in IT business analysis
- Background in business analysis for eCommerce and Digital Marketing sectors
- Proven proficiency in stakeholder management
- Competency in business analysis activities planning and artifacts documentation
- Qualifications in business analysis information management
- Strong proficiency in English (B2 level) and Greek
