Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of testers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Utilize Tricentis Tosca automation testing tool to drive efficient testing processes
- Collect and report on QA metrics and statistics to clients for insights
- Communicate regularly with client managers and the development team on requirements
- Engage with third-party vendors to coordinate testing efforts
- Manage a significant amount of regression testing to ensure high test coverage
- Identify potential issues and suggest improvements in the testing process
- Handle complex test scenarios effectively and proactively
- Prioritize tasks and manage tight deadlines efficiently
- Maintain good knowledge of testing theory and practices
- Demonstrate high technical expertise in quality assurance
Requirements
- 2+ years of background in automation testing with Tricentis Tosca
- Experience in the Salesforce platform with a focus on quality assurance
- Proficiency in managing tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks
- Understanding of testing theory and practices with high technical expertise
- Capability to handle complex test scenarios effectively
- Experience with regression testing and managing repetitive tasks
- English proficiency at a professional level
