Currently we are looking for an Account Manager for our London office to make the team even stronger.

The role is open from 30th September 2020 to 29th October 2020.



  • Present the Company’s offerings to prospective Clients and generate new demand within existing engagements
  • Liaise between Clients and EPAM, manage expectations and build a deeper partnership
  • Ensure that EPAM-Client interactions and deliverables are in keeping with the spirit of the contracts and that proper change control procedures are invoked when necessary
  • Address the Client’s escalations in cooperation with the Delivery Management team and the People Organization; hold the Client accountable for their responsibilities as part of the engagement
  • Manage P&L and report on account performance, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks through concrete action plans
  • Develop pricing strategies, pick and present engagement and operating models, negotiate terms, respond to Requests for Proposals, and prepare Statements of Work
  • Partner with Delivery Management, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility teams to drive staffing for the Account and the GCP Practice
  • Maintain high level of commitment and motivation within project teams
  • Champion EPAM’s Humble/Hungry/Smart culture and motivate by example


  • 6+ years in Information Technology with at least 3 years in a management position
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management, Information Technology, or related
  • Proven track record managing at least $10M in annual budgets with high business impact
  • Detailed understanding of EPAM’s offerings, competitive advantages, and capabilities and ability to present those to the Client
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform products and ability to consult on their advantages in specific business contexts
  • Track record running dynamic, geographically dispersed teams; experience in recruitment, placement, rotation, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, succession planning, and exit management
  • Previous successful experience as a product owner driving end-to-end delivery of a specific solution
  • Experience with P&L calculations
  • Experience negotiating and drafting and legal documents
  • Business acumen and ability to oversee projects from financial, sourcing, development, and business points of view
  • Ability to deep dive into complex issues of the production delivery, run the root cause analysis and propose solutions, pushing through all steps necessary to deliver
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills adapted to various audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Must be self-organized, independent, able to parallelize, work under pressure and prioritize
  • Native-level English fluency; knowledge of Russian a plus
