Currently we are looking for a Technical Administrative Support Specialist / Project Administrator for our Krakow office.

We are looking for a motivated person that will be able to to drive on their own. The ideal Candidate should be focused on quality and present the process awareness but simultaneously able to think outside the box if needed. The Candidate’s teamwork oriented on daily basis should also be flexible toward work challenges.


Our client is one of the largest investment banks in the world.


  • Provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management methodologies
  • Conduct alignment meetings between Business, IT, Service Management, Stakeholders and Management
  • Manage approvals on application access within area


  • Basic Project management skills – understand a project plan and how to track against it
  • Structured approach to problem solving – able to break down a task / goal into core elements, come up with a logical solution proposal
  • Flexible and able to deal with uncertainty and changing environments – can take unstructured / not completely clear tasks and define the structure and proposal on what to do
  • Approachable, reaches out to people with ease
  • Proactive and driven – brings proposals and suggestions, provides feedback to others, brings herself/himself in
  • Speaks his/her mind, can work with a very direct or a soft communication style
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • VBA scripting with excel and MSAccess
  • Detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical
  • Proficient in technical skills (Excel, Power Point)
  • Competent in workforce and financial planning
  • An organized individual who is able to prioritize activities and follow them through to completion
  • Eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
  • An effective verbal and written communicator
  • Fluent in English (other languages considered a plus)

Nice to have

  • Experienced in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment
  • Experienced with working in IT sector
  • Networking knowledge (IP addressing, firewalls management)
