The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Poland.


We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to work collaboratively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to find best-in-class Developers and Testers and hire them to Epam Gdańsk. We believe that every one of our employees makes a difference and contributes to the synergy that moves us ahead in achieving our goals.

We do not require recruitment experience from candidates. We are looking for determined, committed people who want to better know the IT industry. The ideal candidate should be patient, creative and goal-oriented and ready for approaching Engineers via different sources.


  • Create a strategy for approaching passive candidates from variety of sources (referrals, job boards, forums, LinkediIn campaigns) to significantly reduce reliance on 3rd party suppliers
  • Ensure that open positions are posted on internal and external sites. Writing job ads and updating job descriptions via different channels (Career, LinkedIn, BulldogJob, crossweb, no-fluff)
  • Coordinate Employee Referral Program
  • Cooperate with external Recruitment Agencies
  • Partner with talent acquisition team with first review of candidates and introducing them into the recruitment process
  • Coordinate the recruitment process (interview scheduling)
  • Keep data quality in Administration of Applicants Tracking System
  • Prepare Market Analysis and Reports
  • Keep contact with colleagues, supporting TA Teams from different locations


  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must
  • 6-12 months of experience in administration and management of meeting calendar
  • Good command of MS office
  • Detail oriented and clever
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to multitask
  • Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person
  • Good team player

Nice to have

  • Some experience in recruitment gained through Corporate or Agency environment
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms used in IT
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience with Outlook
  • Interest in new Recruiting trends and social media
