What You’ll Do
- Work as a BA/BA team leader/PO on complex projects
- Manage a team of BAs (either in project or organization setting)
- Conduct Technical Interviews for BA positions
- Contribute to BA discipline development and cross-discipline strategic initiatives on the local and company-wide level
What You Have
- 6+ years of experience as a BA in various setups on all delivery phases
- C1 English
- Expert knowledge of BA theory and best practices
- Experience working directly with international clients in complex (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team)
- Experience leading BA teams in a project or resource management settings
- Experience conducting technical and hiring interviews
- BA mentoring/career advising experience
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies
Nice to have
- Business Analysis, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificates
- Experience playing Scrum Master or PO role
- Project management experience
