We are looking for an experienced Project Admin in Ho Chi Minh City Office. Taking the opportunity, you will be a part of our friendly and supportive of the Project Administrative Team in EPAM APAC!

  • Understand and ensure compliance to the Contract Management and Governance guidelines for on-boarding/off-boarding engineers to projects
  • Work closely with Account Managers to support operational activities on their accounts
  • Work with Account Managers on contract creation and deal review preparation
  • Time report tracking using the internal systems, managing monthly sync-ups with the Client reviewing Actuals vs. Planned, invoices, contracts
  • Manage resource plans via internal systems
  • Revenue forecasting and billing review


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/ Business Administration or related majors
  • At least 01 year at similar position
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
  • Able to learn quickly and display initiative
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work and do multitasking
  • Strong analytical skills to process huge amounts of data
  • Positive interpersonal skills: Proactive, diligent and accurate
  • Stress resistance and emotional stability
  • Strong will to achieve the result – understand a task, find a solution, seek for other solutions, with the highest quality at the end
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
  • Prior organizational experience or applicable business experience

  • Experience in Software companies or multinational working environment
