Salesforce Tableau Solution Architect - Remote Description

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design and development of Tableau CRM solutions and serve as the analytics lead for Salesforce Tableau CRM projects
- Translate dashboard, reporting and analytics business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Tableau CRM product
- Provide level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility, functionality, and fit for a client’s business needs
- Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, product owner, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution
- Create solution design documents including user stories and process flows
- Engage in the full data lifecycle from data cleansing, data prep, data transformation and data visualization within Tableau CRM
- Facilitate discovery and working sessions, managing the participants and agenda to drive understanding of business needs and pain points
- Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor
Requirements
- 5+ years of data analytics industry experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce Tableau CRM and platform experience (4+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform
- Advanced experience with all aspects of Salesforce Tableau CRM product including data prep, recipes, dataflows, data transformations, dashboard design. data integrations, dataflow and dataset design and SAQL
- Software consulting experience, particularly working on large, enterprise projects
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems when it comes to analytics and dashboards
- Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant certification required
- Salesforce-related certifications preferred (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools a plus
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
