Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and drive execution of organizational change management projects
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps
- Lead workshops to train and communicate change activities for stakeholders, senior level executives and large groups
- Facilitate organization design and role-mapping activities to support process and organizational changes
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of all program-related materials, approach, and training schedule development
- Actively communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization
- Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
- Lead, model and support the continued evolution of differentiated change methods, tools and approaches for EPAM
- Contribute to practice growth and development for EPAM through involvement with professional organizations, conference attendance, white papers, and marketing activities
- Identify new business development opportunities with inside or outside of EPAM’s current client portfolio
Requirements
- A blend of consulting and tech industry experience, with at least four (4) years in an established consulting firm environment
- Highly skilled in leading change management activities, executing communication strategies and leading workstreams
- Expert in providing change management support for technology driven transformation programs
- Proven history of using emerging technology trends, best practices, and policies to keep in line with the rapidly changing technology landscape
- Comfortable working directly with clients to advise them on how change management strategies work
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master’s degree preferred
