Currently we are looking for Embedded Test Lead in our Budapest, Hungary office.


  • Experience with organizing dynamic teams (mixed on-site/off-site, 3rd party resources/internal resources, HW related/SW related)
  • Experience with leading teams of various sizes (from 1-2 person team to 10+)
  • Client facing experience (ability to work with project leadership on client side, external development team, external requirement management team)
  • Willingness to do hands-on testing work and verification
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery models
  • Good technical and architectural knowledge of IT (basics of computer HW, communication layer inside computers, external communication interfaces)
  • Some experience with communication standards (ethernet, i2c, CAN, SPI, wifi, zigbee, bluetooth). The more the better, but at least 1-2 from the list
  • Basics of IPv4 / IPv6 networking
  • Linux headless usage basics (SSH, process manipulation, resource usage monitoring)
  • Experience with microcontrollers and embedded platforms (e.g. Espressif, STM)
  • Basics of programming using shell scripting or python
  • Basics of electrical circuits (reading and understanding basic schematics)
  • Willingness to tinker with HW

Nice to have

  • Ability to use CAD software (reading and understanding technical documentation)
  • Ability to design simple electrical circuits
  • Good mechanical skills, willingness to do simple soldering tasks
  • Embedded programming experience using C / C++
