Responsibilities
- Providing support to end-users to solve end user computing issues and facilitate resolution of IT-related issues
- Local hardware management including installation, move, add and change (PCs, thin clients, notebooks, printers, servers)
- Office infrastructure systems maintenance and software installation
- Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications
- Server room maintenance and environment monitoring
- Maintaining and updating hardware inventory
- Follow all IT-related Work Instructions Assist in preparation for external audits
Requirements
- Ability to work in a distributed team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and SLAs
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of end user computing technology with a minimum of 3 years IT experience
- Experience troubleshooting network client/server issues
- Experience with desktops, thin clients, and laptop hardware
- Knowledge of Azure, Active directory, group policies
- General understanding of IT Service Management practices involving service request management, change management, asset management, incident management, and problem management
