We are hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist to support our Latin America talent marketing efforts, and we are looking for someone who has experience developing an employer brand strategy and executing talent attraction campaigns with a strong content marketing approach. Responsibilities
- Design an effective content strategy
- Play a pivotal role in our global Talent Marketing team which is focused on attracting talented professionals to meet the significant growth and hiring demand of our business
- Generate content for multiple hiring campaigns
- Focus on two capacities:
- 1) Support employer branding and talent marketing for our fast-growing business in Latin America
- 2) Work on multiple key projects as part of our Global Talent Marketing community
- Create content resources to drive leads and awareness
- For our business in Latin America, as it expands quickly across the region, you will support the development and implementation of the employer brand and talent marketing strategy to attract more local talent. You will have the opportunity to get creative in building our local brand across different countries in Latin America, to attract mostly mid-level to senior developers
- Support copywriting for our social media strategy
- Work closely with local business leaders and the Talent Acquisition team, who all have a strong appetite for this role and the opportunity
- Identify local marketing opportunities
- Reporting into the Marketing Director in Latin America, you will support, influence, and provide expertise to the regional Talent Marketing team across locations
- Create new, innovative marketing content that culturally aligns with our target audience
- Drive marketing projects in key areas, initially including a strong focus on content marketing
- Meet with Recruiters and other internal stakeholders to identify new promotional opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- 4+ years’ experience in employer branding, talent marketing, content marketing or related fields
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Real passion for innovative technology and creative ways to connect with your target audience
- Content marketing proficiency, plus experience working in social media, audiovisual content generation, and copywriting
- Solid ability in Adobe Creative Suite
- Creative writing style to create engaging content
- Results and detail oriented
- Strong ability in storytelling
- Proactive and solutions-focused
