What You’ll Do

• Translate business needs into requirements and work with the delivery team through the entire project lifecycle (overseeing developments and acting as a Product Owner/Business Analyst)
• Perform data discovery, data assessment, data profiling
• Prototype business needs and validate prototypes with business stakeholder before sending to mass production using mock-ups/prototyping/data visualization tools
• Conduct Sprint review sessions or UAT with customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders/delivery management/technical leads in design phase of the data products to address the business needs
• Prepare post-development/post-production materials to support stakeholders in increasing adoption of deliverables (e.g., trainings/training materials/marketing materials)

What You Have

• At least 5 years of experience in working in data domain on data and analytical projects
• At least 3 years of experience in gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, and working with requirements on BI/Data/Analytical projects
• Japanese speaking at the native level
• Good ability to translate business needs into data requirements (including proficiency in validating and visualizing data requirements to customer) through data profiling and data discovery according to industry best practices
• Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery as part of the team utilizing Agile and waterfall app
• Good understanding of Proof of Concept/Minimum Viable Product/Minimum Lovable Product terms
• Excellent communication and presenting skills to explain project deliverables to senior stakeholders onsite and offsite
• Ability to work individually or in team environment without supervision
