DESCRIPTION
Do you have a software engineering background and strong knowledge in MS Dynamics 365? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM Hungary as a Lead MS Dynamics 365 Developer.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Outlook queues / shared Inbox for small teams
- Develop core Inbox functionality – workflow distribution of message to the right Queue/Crew members based on defined attributes and service levels
- Direct email to clients including vacation coverage and back-up logic
- Queue management within Dynamics including forms, views, etc
- Email templates and content management capabilities for templates, inc. versioning
- Integration with Secure Message Center and MS Exchange, method (i.e. web service, Boomi, etc.) to be determined during design Microsoft portal capabilities to deliver messages
What You Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE
- Knowledge about Workflows and Power Automate
- Senior level on C# (ASP.NET + Web API + MVC knowledge)
- Familiar with JavaScript and Plugin Implementation for Dynamics 365
- Knowledge about Sales and Service Module
- Azure Functions Knowledge
- Integration knowledge (REST, message broker)
- Fluent English is a must, German language knowledge is a huge plus
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
