Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of .Net software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements
- Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress, ensuring the successful execution of project plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the project scope and objectives
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
- Oversee testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the delivery of reliable and bug-free software
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and ensuring effective communication with clients and senior management
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and teamwork
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in .Net development and drive their adoption within the organization
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Jira to manage developer teams
- Skilled in using Jira and other tools to track actual progress and utilize this data to prepare communication materials for stakeholders
- Must have experience with C++, C#, and .NET development, as well as Python
- Should be open to working in the Eastern Time zone
