Role and Responsibilities:

As the Head of Delivery, Dubai region, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in delivery execution and client satisfaction. Your role will encompass:

• Strategic Digital Delivery Leadership: Leverage your expertise in managing complex portfolios to spearhead the successful execution of digital transformation projects across various sectors. Your keen sense of strategic direction will set the pace for achievement.

• Thought Leadership: Your insights, particularly in areas such as innovation, design thinking, and product management, will position you as a thought leader in our dynamic industry.
• Industry Expertise: Your background ideally includes experience within Fortune 500 retailers or consumer products companies, either in a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) role or at a senior management level. While not essential, familiarity with omni-commerce operations would be advantageous.

  • Oversee the delivery of large, complex engagements in the UAE and wider region
  • Provide technical and engineering expertise to develop, present, and advocate solution architectures and approaches with in-depth technical details
  • Perform solution architecture reviews/audits and calculate and present ROI
  • Assume responsibility for the entire project life cycle, including lead management, bid/financing qualification, solutioning and staffing, client management, delivery, and execution governance
  • Propose innovative solutions to business challenges and processes, utilizing technology to enhance user experiences
  • Manage multiple delivery streams, establish governance at the top management level, and hold governance project meetings to identify successful and unsuccessful project factors and gaps
  • Ensure consistent weekly planning/reporting cycles, with transparent progress reporting on vision & goals, deliverables & features, issues, risks, and resource allocation throughout the engagement
  • Oversee customer expectations and relationships, identifying opportunities to up/cross-sell products and services via relationship management


  • Demonstrable experience in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management
  • Capability to apply a combination of business acumen and delivery practices to projects for optimal results
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and planning skills, with experience collaborating with nearshore teams preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Emotionally intelligent, humble, and eager to embark onto new opportunities
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field
  • Proficiency in English
