We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize our AI-powered, technology-focused program in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of nine distinct AI-driven projects, ensuring optimal implementation, performance, and completion. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven experience in agile project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of a multi-project program using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives
- Oversee program progress to ensure timely and effective delivery of each project within the scope
- Work with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to ensure clear communication, remove obstacles, and address project challenges promptly
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging and implementing best practices for agile project management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations
- Monitor project resources, ensuring optimal utilization, and coordinate with resource managers for any needs
- Foster an environment that promotes Agile values and principles, collaboration, and a focus on delivering business value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile project management certification
- Proven experience in managing multi-project programs in a technical environment
- Knowledge of AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Computer Vision, and Data Mining
- Experience working with data scientists, full-stack engineers, and other tech professionals
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the energy sector
- Experience in managing AI or data science-based projects
- Familiarity with IoT and image processing
