Responsibilities

  • Provide level 2 application support, demonstrating proficiency in managing distributed environments, Clustering, Load Balancing, and ESB Integrated solutions
  • Take the lead in managing several applications and providing guidance on achieving rapid, effective solutions
  • Develop and implement swift solutions to maintain positive customer relations
  • Ensure critical business applications consistently meet service level agreements
  • Take a proactive approach in identifying issues and leading them to successful resolution
  • Perform necessary maintenance for optimal application availability
  • Maintain the health of an Ecommerce platform, considering integrations with Backend services and various components at the OS, Database, and JVM levels
  • Foster clear and productive communication with customers

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience focused on Application Support, API Usage, and Reverse Engineering
  • Exceptional client-facing skills to ensure strong customer relationships
  • Over 3 years of experience working with Linux systems, with a strong understanding of Bash Scripts, and preferably, experience with Bash/Shell Scripting automation
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Application Servers and writing SQL queries for application maintenance
  • More than 3 years of experience in implementing and administering applications with multiple integrations, including ESB, Load Balancing, Clustering, and database-based components
  • Desired experience, over 2 years, in Ecommerce Platforms or the Pharmaceutical area
  • Preferred experience, over 2 years, in SAP Hybris Platforms or the Pharmaceutical area
  • As a self-starter, you bring high levels of drive, energy, resilience, and a commitment to professional excellence
  • You can quickly grasp complex and evolving solutions, analyze requests or issues to provide the best possible solutions, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Your communication skills, both written and oral, are effective at all organizational levels
  • You excel in collaboration across different technology services

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Apache Tomcat
  • Experience with IBM WebSphere
  • Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud

Technologies

  • Application Support, API Usage, and Reverse Engineering
  • Proficiency in Linux systems, with a strong understanding of Bash Scripts, along with Automation experience using Bash/Shell Scripting
  • Experience with Application Servers and writing SQL sentences for Application Maintenance
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce Platforms
