As a ServiceNow Consultant at EPAM Systems, you'll be responsible for implementing and customizing the ServiceNow platform for enterprise clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance capabilities at scale, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations whist following industry best practice.
Your expertise in ServiceNow modules, ESM frameworks and integrations will be key in configuring and optimizing the platform to meet your client needs.
You will be required to be on client site in Eindhoven 2-3 days a week and must be a fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business and IT stakeholders to understand the current and future business needs
- Ability to analyse current state and provide vision for innovations
- Design ESM framework
- Work closely with Architects and development teams, ensuring the quality and performance of the service offerings meet the clients expectations and standards
Requirements
- Understanding of development processes and frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
- Knowledge of UML, IDEF0, BPMN
- Knowledge (ideally certification) of ITSM/ITIL practices and adjacent areas and ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, etc.)
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to perform work effectively and in due time
- Attention to details, diligence, ability to accomplish tasks fully
- Proactive position: ask questions; propose solutions; etc
- English: C1+
