We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow developer to enhance the ability to leverage ServiceNow capabilities at scale, reduce platform sprawl in the organization, increase customer satisfaction, and drive automation.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

The company offers an integrated portfolio for manufacturing complex integrated circuits (also called ICs or chips). To keep pace with the increasing business demand on the ServiceNow platform as coverage and adoption of the platform grows exponentially, they must enhance the governance perspective on offering a stable ServiceNow platform while being able to adhere (timely) to business & IT demand.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Testers to ensure solutions implementation aligns with quality standards and client expectations
- Work in SAFe environment as a part of Scrum team
What You Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, spanning all major products:
- Customer Service Management
- Governance, Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management
- HR Service Delivery
- IT Operations Management
- IT Service Management
- Now Platform App Engine
- Security Operations
- Experience in JavaScript coding
- Familiar with software development process (Agile)
- Understanding of ITIL (foundation level)
- Knowledge of relational database concepts
- REST / SOAP understanding
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good command of English (B2 level)
