What You’ll Do
- Architect and design ESM
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and design solutions that fulfill their requirements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow and ESM trends and technologies
- Work with other teams to elaborate on ServiceNow integration with other systems and processes
- Provide technical support to developers from architectural standpoint
What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Help desk and IT Ops platforms
- Expertise with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL and other ITSM frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English level – B2+
