The Microsoft Cloud Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining EPAM’s Microsoft relationship across the DACH region. They will be expected to develop and execute a partner strategy which results in significant new qualified pipeline, increased brand credibility and ultimately influences target revenue growth across the regions. This role will require a self-driven, experienced collaborator who has worked in Cloud (ideally Microsoft) across multiple countries. They will need to align closely with technology teams, marketing, sales, account management and delivery teams across the DACH region. What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and expand alliance with Microsoft throughout the D.A.CH region, engaging with senior leadership across multiple countries in collaboration with the EMEA Alliance Lead
  • Contribute to the development and execution of EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Microsoft in collaboration with Cloud experts and marketing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, cloud sales, technical teams and marketing to devise strategic growth plans and generate new pipeline opportunities
  • Collaborate with EPAM solution experts to shape offerings and drive growth within targeted EPAM accounts
  • Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner revenue generation, tracking successes and initiating joint customer stories
  • Represent EPAM at various events, collaborate with sales and marketing, manage partner deal registrations, and present plans and results to EPAM senior leadership and partners during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by country

What You Have

  • 5+ years of sales and/or alliances experience in the Cloud space, emphasizing Cloud expertise
  • 7+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology and channel management
  • Preferably worked with or for Microsoft in the DACH/EMEA region, with a professional network within Microsoft
  • Demonstrated experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environments and partner ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Proficient in managing relationships, business development, pipelines and processes
  • Able to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining a proactive team-player attitude
  • Written and Spoken proficiency in German and English is required
