Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions with a focus on data technologies
- Develop and implement Data solutions using best-in-the-class data frameworks
- Manage software development projects from start to finish, utilizing agile methodologies for peak efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for our Georgia clients, meeting their needs with precision and professionalism
- Build collaborative partnerships with architects, technical leads, and key individuals within other functional groups
- Mentor a diverse team of software engineers, cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
- Coordinate across various departments to align technical goals with EPAM's broader strategic objectives
Requirements
- Extensive experience of end-to-end background in Software Engineering in such areas as Data Software Engineering / Machine Learning Operations / Machine Learning
- A proven track record of delivering in Agile project management and leading high-performing software development teams
- Experience in SQL or similar languages
- Development experience in at least one object-oriented language (Python, Java, etc.)
- Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other technical fields
