Quality Architect Description



We are seeking a dynamic Quality Architect to enhance our testing lifecycle by providing thought leadership on quality standards that should be defined, piloted, and implemented as part of an overall Center of Excellence that spans across an entire organization of 5 portfolios and 100's of squads. The role involves significant mentoring and coaching of team members and managers to foster growth and development so they can drive adoption in the squads. Responsibilities

  • Working with QE Chapter Managers and QE Community of Practice to define and enhance existing QE standards (STLC, testing level/types, standardized approaches, etc)
  • Defining and implementing CoE strategy, processes, and reporting capabilities
  • Defining and proposing key capabilities and KPIs to drive and measure further improvements
  • Running training sessions and workshops on all QE topics
  • Performing Assessments/Audits to verify adoption
  • Defining the criteria that teams must meet to ensure proper adoption of capabilities and standards

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Quality metrics and KPIs
  • Experience driving change across multiple separate teams (ideally as part of a CoE)
  • Deep experience with structuring and using Test Management tools (qTest is preferred)
  • Understanding of SAFe and Agile practices
  • Experience creating and implementing ROI models
  • Extensive experience in training and running workshops on QE topics
  • Experience performing Assessments/Audits
  • Previous experience creating and implementing QE standards for a large organization

  • This posting includes a good base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $145k - $190k.
