Description
EPAM Training Center offers free training to launch your career in IT Operations and Support. Our program provides you with essential skills to manage and support IT systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. During this course, you will gain in-depth knowledge in delivering comprehensive user support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance. Register if you wish to develop expertise in technical support and transform your passion for technology into a rewarding career.
Program Path
The first part of the course lasts 2 months and requires around 15 hours of weekly engagement. During this period, you will explore self-study materials, complete assigned tasks, and engage in weekly group Q&A sessions with EPAM mentors to address questions.
If you demonstrate strong performance and successfully pass a technical interview, you will be considered for available positions at EPAM or invited to the next stage of the training. This subsequent phase lasts 1 to 3 months and requires around 20 hours of weekly commitment.

- Basic computer literacy
