Responsibilities
- Oversee core IT services such as AD, CA, DNS, DHCP and DFS
- Supervise Azure services encompassing Exchange EOP, DirSync, MFA, OMS and Compute
- Manage the MS productivity stack such as o365, Exchange and S4B
- Administer MS management stack, including SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM and SCDPM
- Work with file and print services
- Direct the bare-metal infrastructure
- Maintain OS images and hardened system configurations
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues
- Automate IT processes to reduce manual efforts
- Utilize ITIL processes and ServiceNow for ITSM
- Administer networking, VLANs and firewalls
- Employ with VMware for virtualization
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration
- Hands-on experience in Azure and MS stack administration
- Showcase of ITIL processes and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Expertise in performance monitoring, automation, troubleshooting of system issues
- Knowledge of networking, VLANs and firewalls
- Familiarity with VMware for virtualization
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
