Join our team as a Senior IT Support Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining high system availability, troubleshooting critical issues, and supporting cloud-based and containerized environments.

Responsibilities
- Maintain maximum system uptime, swiftly responding to incidents and service requests
- Proactively manage and uphold governance best practices for Global Research Applications
- Support system integrations, bug fixes, patches and configuration changes while conducting post-release checks
- Document processes, provide cross-training and mentor team members to enhance team capabilities
- Act as the bridge between Business, Technology and Functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity and platform evolution
- Drive effective issue resolution, release management and provide project updates to stakeholders
- Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and strengthen operational frameworks
- Lead de-risking initiatives and uphold IT governance standards
Requirements
- Shell Scripting – Hands-on experience in automating system tasks and optimizing processes
- SQL – Strong ability to query, manipulate, and manage databases
- Linux – In-depth knowledge of Linux environments, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Kubernetes/Containerization – Expertise in managing containerized applications for scalability and efficiency
- Databricks/Snowflake/Cloud – Practical experience with cloud-based platforms, big data processing and distributed computing
