Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive partner marketing strategies that align with global business objectives and engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams, sales, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies
- Manage and plan all marketing collateral for dedicated strategic partners, including content for events, case studies, websites, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Create compelling narratives and account-based marketing (ABM) content tailored to various stages of the customer journey, specific industries, and account profiles
- Measure and report on the success of ABM initiatives, focusing on key metrics such as account engagement, opportunity conversion rates, SDR meeting conversions, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Work with Corporate Marketing teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and meet required quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years’ experience working as part of a Partner Marketing team, ideally with knowledge and experience of Digital Platform Partners (i.e., Salesforce, Adobe, Sitecore, Aquia, etc.)
- Proven track record in a technology-focused company
- Marketing automation platform experience (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
- Proven experience in building, creating, and leveraging creative assets and marketing content for multi-touch campaigns with a customer-centric approach
- Expert at one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one types of ABM marketing
- Adept at leveraging data and insights to drive meaningful business results
- Experience collaborating with sales leadership, business development teams, and executives on a global scale

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$105K–CA$145K.
