Senior Data Integration Engineer Description
We are in search of a Senior Data Integration Engineer with expertise in ETL/ELT solutions, SQL, data visualization, Google Cloud Platform, and Pentaho BI. Your primary role will involve supporting the entire data pipeline, identifying and resolving issues with data sources, understanding the logic behind queries, and communicating effectively with key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to our data integration processes and make a significant impact on our projects.

Responsibilities
- Support the successful execution of the data pipeline from raw data to Looker dashboards
- Identify and fix potential issues with data sources and data itself
- Understand the logic behind queries with relation to the business cases
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Provide support during business hours for Bay Area
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data integration with strong expertise in ETL/ELT solutions, SQL, and data visualization
- Proven experience in supporting data pipeline executions and resolving data source issues
- Proficiency in Pentaho Data Integrator (Pantheon ETL) and strong SQL skills for creating and modifying complex queries
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and familiarity with Looker
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and provide support during business hours for Bay Area
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with Looker
- Proficiency in Java and other object-oriented language
