Senior SAP Support Consultant Description

EPAM Vietnam is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior SAP Support Consultant in Supply Chain Planning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design and customize SAP solutions, and provide ongoing support. This position offers the flexibility of full-time remote work while having the opportunity for business travel to Malaysia, Singapore, Japan and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with the client to gather the relevant requirements
  • Analyze business requirements to envision and design innovative SAP solutions
  • Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain functionality to meet client-specific requirements
  • Create project documentation, including training and education materials for business application users
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and support for SAP solutions

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant
  • Strong understanding of core business domain processes
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SD areas: OrgStructure setup, ATP, pricing, outputs, printing forms, OTC process, returns, interfaces (Idocs, etc.) and 3PL integration
  • Proficient in order management: listing/exclusion, outbound scheduling, status profile and credit management
  • Familiarity with special processes: customer consignment, STO and 3rd party processing
  • Expertise in enhancement techniques: user exit, enhancement points and BADI
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of international project teams
  • Strong English (B2), Japanese language and cultural knowledge is a huge advantage
