Manual QA Engineer (relocation to Cyprus) Description
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer just like you to join our team working with one of our insurance industry clients from our Cyprus office in a hybrid setup.
This role offers an incredible opportunity to take part in automation processes. We are looking for someone who strives for automated testing and would not be afraid of working with existing automated tests under the supervision of the team. You should have basic knowledge of automated testing and have some hands-on experience, with an understanding of how it works and be eager to dive deeper.

Responsibilities
- Ensure proper case preparation and functionality testing
- Conduct regression tests
- Apply both manual and automated testing techniques to identify and resolve reported issues
- Collaborate on automated test suites to address issues with the team
- Record bug/issue details on sprint boards and allocate corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in software development quality assurance
- Proficiency in crafting test cases and generating test reports
- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies
- Proficient with SQL
- Willingness to understand the business aspects of the project
- Proficient in English (B2+)
Nice to have
- Background as a Business Analyst or willingness to assist with business analysis tasks
- Skills in writing E2E and API tests using JS (Cypress, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes (continuous integration, continuous delivery)
