We are on the lookout for a skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise in Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate.
In this dynamic role, you will ensure the seamless operation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines within the Intelligent Automation portfolio. As a key contributor, you will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure for Robotic Process Automation platforms. You will work in a Scrum and SAFe environment, configuring and monitoring core components to enable effective scaling. Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure for Robotic Process Automation platforms
- Maintain and support Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate environments
- Configure and monitor CI/CD pipelines for seamless operations
- Build tools for monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation
- Support ongoing maintenance and user assistance for RPA platforms
- Integrate DevOps principles with technical administration of tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Enhance platform capabilities through infrastructure improvements
- Ensure high availability and performance of automation solutions
- Adapt to new technologies, including AI in Software Development Life Cycle
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in DevOps practices
- Experience in designing and maintaining RPA/Intelligent Automation platforms
- Leadership experience in guiding technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration Development & Maintenance
- Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Knowledge of Ansible, Grafana, and Splunk
- B2 level English proficiency for effective communication
- Self-driven attitude with a strong eagerness to learn
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
