We are seeking a skilled Lead Developer who specializes in OpenText technologies.
The chosen candidate will lead projects focused on OpenText Content Server 16.x/20.x/24.x, leveraging their extensive experience to meet complex business needs while guiding junior developers.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the analysis and comprehension of business processes and requirements to configure and fine-tune OpenText content server applications accordingly
- Utilize OpenText GCI Power tool to manage Document Template and workflow configurations
- Administer Content Server configurations, including Categories, Compound documents, Taxonomies, and Security models
- Design and facilitate Workflows, Forms, Form Templates, OScript, Web Reports, Live Reports, Appearance, and Views
- Manage business workspaces, and document templates
- Employ XML and XSL transformations in project implementations
- Develop custom modules and leverage Content Server Rest APIs and Web Services
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Maintain an agile working environment focused on biweekly sprints and clear communication through stand-ups and user stories
- Collaborate and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring high-end user satisfaction
Requirements
- 9 to 15 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server development
- Demonstrated expertise in OpenText Content Server integrated with Java technologies
- Proficiency in Web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, React JS/Lit JS, and CSS
- Good understanding of content server schema and relational databases like Oracle/SQL
- Strong communication skills with the capability to interact effectively with end users and teams
