Lead Sitecore Developer Description

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Sitecore Developer to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

In this position, you will focus on crafting and creating top-tier Sitecore solutions that contribute to meeting our objectives in Design System and Experience Modernization, enhancing content creation, governance, and publishing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Sitecore-based solutions development and deployment
  • Work alongside interdepartmental teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver new features
  • Modify and improve existing Sitecore setups for enhanced functionality
  • Oversee Sitecore modules and integrations for a smooth experience
  • Uphold Sitecore applications' scalability and security
  • Supervise and enhance application performance
  • Offer mentorship and direction to less experienced developers
  • Stay informed on the latest Sitecore updates and industry practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Content Management experience with Sitecore
  • Proficient with Sitecore 10.2
  • Skilled in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC
  • Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Familiarity with SQL Server databases
  • Self-sufficient in client-facing scenarios
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability for ongoing support during EST business hours
  • Exceptional English communication skills
