Senior Test Automation Engineer Description
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Java, Selenium, and RestAssured.
This role focuses on web automation using Selenium and API testing using RestAssured. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop automated test scripts, ensuring effective test coverage and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and RestAssured
- Focus on web automation (Selenium) and API testing (RestAssured) to ensure full test coverage
- Collaborate with the testing team to integrate tests, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution of test activities
- Execute tests according to defined test plans and report defects in a timely manner
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the test automation framework for web and API testing
- Maintain and update test automation frameworks for web and API testing
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation
- Optional: Lead test management and team coordination, if applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience in automated testing using Java
- Proficiency in Selenium for web automation testing
- Experience with RestAssured for API testing
- Familiarity with TestNG for test management and execution
- Strong understanding of test automation approaches, frameworks, and principles
- Proficiency in tools such as Eclipse, Jira (with Zephyr add-ons), Confluence, GitHub, and Jenkins
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
