Responsibilities

  • Lead the Delivery Organization by owning one OR more accounts and providing a customer-facing role to both mature and grow our services
  • Oversee the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction
  • Ensure effective incident management, monitor system performance, and establish early warning systems through improved monitoring and alerting
  • Define and implement a strategy to increase the level of automation in our service delivery. Prioritize the implementation of DevOps principles across teams to enhance efficiency
  • Drive the portfolio towards high standards of system performance and stability, ultimately enhancing customer experience
  • Implement the GenAI program to improve the productivity of support and operations teams
  • Implement strategies to improve both client satisfaction and employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), including reducing project attrition
  • Foster a culture of innovation and ensure steady progress in the innovation programs across the programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Overall 20 + years of experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of driving innovation
  • Strong expertise in transformative Managed Services, cloud technologies, and emerging tech trends with AI first mindset
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to understand client needs and provide technology-driven solutions
  • Understanding of business strategy and how technology can drive business outcomes
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a Managed Services environment, with a focus on Delivery
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Service Design, Service Integration, and Management
  • Significant experience in implementing automation and DevOps practices
  • Sound experience in introducing and managing monitoring and alerting systems
  • Demonstrated experience in improving system performance and stability
  • Significant business development and revenue growth experience
  • Proven experience in restructuring and reorganizing teams to meet business objectives
  • Experience in enhancing client satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Proven ability to drive strategic plans and goals successfully
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, teams, and stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience in Automotive Retailer domain is preferred
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are a plus
