Senior Project Manager Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and execution of key transformation initiatives within our agency model.

Responsibilities
- Develop, adapt, or comply with PMO or project delivery frameworks to ensure successful project execution
- Work closely with project team members, executives, senior leaders and SMEs to scope, design, develop and prioritize deliverables in line with the Target Agency Model goals and design principles
- Build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, aligning and driving consensus on recommendations to present to senior leadership
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and reporting efforts to communicate project status, decisions, and progress to key stakeholders
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks or issues that could jeopardize project objectives
- Provide clear trade-off options and recommend approaches to sponsors and senior leadership
- Produce high-quality outputs aligned with agreed timelines, formats, and standards, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
- Support end-to-end change management activities, including business case development, “As Is/To Be” analysis, impact assessments and communication plans
- Monitor and track OKRs/KPIs to ensure business outcomes are achieved
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project or change delivery management, with a proven track record in transformation initiatives
- 3-5 years of experience in the Malaysian or Southeast Asian financial services industry, preferably within the insurance market
- Expert in leading or contributing to operational or business process and organizational design projects, ideally involving agency transformations
- Exceptional skills in building relationships, influencing and aligning with stakeholders across varying levels, styles and cultures
- Strong planning, documentation and analytical capabilities to manage complex projects
