We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-impact project for a leading company in the mining technology sector.
The role focuses on developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing software releases, and handling container orchestration. You will be responsible for building and optimizing cloud-based systems, with a strong emphasis on Azure DevOps and Kubernetes. Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
- Oversee software releases using technologies such as Python, React, and JavaScript
- Manage container lifecycle, including Docker image creation and management
- Integrate with automated testing frameworks and manage key technical services like databases, authorization, and web servers
- Provision systems on Azure Cloud, and configure Kubernetes orchestration
- Administer source code repositories (Git) and manage system networking (LAN, VPN, Firewalls, etc.)
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical DevOps experience
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure DevOps (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Bicep, Docker, Helm, and YAML
- Experience with Azure ARM templates, Python code, and API deployment
- Expertise in virtualization (Linux/Windows), cloud automation, and infrastructure provisioning tools
- Strong scripting skills and familiarity with microservices architecture
- English level B2 or higher (upper-intermediate) for both spoken and written communication
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and release management
- Experience with container orchestration best practices
- Understanding of cloud IT security best practices
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience working with distributed teams
