We are currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Fieldglass to join our team. This pivotal position involves bridging the gap between development teams and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP Fieldglass solutions.
The role includes direct client engagement, gathering requirements, suggesting suitable functional solutions, aiding in acceptance testing, and handling conflicts. The ideal applicant should possess extensive experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) projects, documentation, and managing requirements.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between development teams and business partners
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Suggest appropriate functional solutions that align with business objectives
- Aid in acceptance testing and ensure client approval
- Address conflicts and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Work with development teams to assess requirements feasibility and detail
- Resolve ambiguities and provide necessary clarifications
- Assess test scenarios and results
- Document software system requirements ensuring end-to-end traceability
- Employ project/change management tools like Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow
- Implement user stories and acceptance criteria via the Gherkin BDD approach
- Utilize expertise in Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe
- Possess knowledge of Fieldglass modules like Contingent, Assignment, Services, or Profile worker
- Engage in Fieldglass projects including implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, or testing
- Collect and document requirements using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- Configure Fieldglass settings as needed
- Facilitate interactions between business teams, development teams, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 9 to 15 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Minimum 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proven track record working on SDLC projects
- Profound expertise in documentation and managing requirements
- Skilled in project/change management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Scrum Ban, SAFe)
- Understanding of Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Assignment, Services, Profile worker)
- Experience with Fieldglass projects (implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, testing)
- Capability to handle Fieldglass configurations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in liaising with business, development, and cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Knowledge in technical areas of projects (DB & backend services, ETL processes, API & Web Services, etc.)
- Experience in leading sectors (BFSI, Insurance, Payments, Healthcare, Life Sciences, ECOMM, Supply Chain)
- Background in software development and/or testing
- Roles previously held as Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Experience working at onsite client locations
