Responsibilities

• Lead the development process of a web application for a retail company, ensuring high quality code and timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and QA engineers
• Mentor and lead the development team, providing guidance and support in technical and soft skills
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the team's technical capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and its frameworks, especially ReactJS
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
• Proficiency in Node.js, Redux and NestJS
• Expertise in Redis and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Agile methodology and working in Scrum teams
• Experience in leading development teams, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality code
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, with an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Server
