Director, Advisory Consulting (M&A, Tech Strategy) - Remote Description
This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

As a Director Strategy Advisory, you will be a vital member of the team supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, or through transformation journeys. You would be closely working with client and EPAM teams to ensure client success and make the transformation ‘real’. You will also serve as a key player in the expansion and growth of our M&A and Technology Strategy advisory team and will work closely across the organization with a set of broader integrated offerings across EPAM.

Responsibilities
- Help to define EPAM’s go-to-market value proposition for solutions and show clients the initiatives and offerings that EPAM has
- Lead the business development process by assisting with proposals/SOWs
- Assist with sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, and establishing strong relationships with clients
- Build deep client relationships across a diverse network and use a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact, thereby generating new and pull-through opportunities
- Contribute to Practice Development
- Draw conclusions from market & industry trends, client issues and support go-to-market initiatives for EPAM verticals. This includes clarifying and framing solution offerings and developing reusable consulting methodologies and tools which will enable EPAM in speedier and nimble engagement delivery
- Contribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise recognition
- Align with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
- Create opportunities to drive impact; anticipate client needs and deliver superior results by leveraging each person’s strengths to build high-performing teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment, or 8+ years of experience with a graduate degree
- Previous experience in M&A, synergy and/or performance improvement or business transformation projects in M&A context
- Deep functional expertise in five or more of the following areas; Private Equity Advisory, IT integration/carveout, IT strategy, IT operations, IT organization, IT diligence, Solutions architecture, Enterprise architecture, ERP standup and implementation, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Strategy, Cloud implementation / migration, IT Service management, IT contract management, IT performance improvement, IT budget and finance, IT onshore vs. offshore / outsourcing, IT build vs. buy, IT synergy / stranded costs, Data separation, IT cybersecurity, IT cost takeout
- Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients and senior management
- Ability to translate broader strategy into a compelling team vision and goals; align the team and set priorities to achieve objectives
- Willingness to travel as per client requirements

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $200K - $300K.
