Senior DevOps Engineer (Site Reliability Engineer) Description
We are looking to add a Senior DevOps Engineer to our expanding Reliability Engineering team.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the availability and performance of a critical shared service that supports more than 100 other services. The role demands a proactive individual who is enthusiastic about system reliability, performance enhancement, and constant improvement.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Administration) domain services through the assessment of availability, latency, and overall system health
- Work together with development teams to boost system dependability
- Participate in efforts for capacity planning and scaling to accommodate demand
- Engage in a 24/7 on-call rotation as part of the incident response teams
- Perform blameless postmortems and root cause analysis to avoid future issues
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year tenure in a software engineering or DevOps capacity
- Qualifications in Java programming with the ability to read and troubleshoot code
- Skills in incident troubleshooting and resolution
- Expertise in managing Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
- Competency with at least one cloud platform, Azure preferred
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Background in IBM Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- Experience in IBM WebSphere system administration and tuning
