We are looking for a Senior C/C++ Linux Engineer to join our project team. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a multinational leader in IT systems, security, service and asset management. Responsibilities
- Manage the migration process from CentOS 7.9 to Oracle 9
- Execute the removal of customized OSS components and update the application stack throughout the process
- Convert the existing 32-bit code into 64-bit code
- Oversee the upgrade of the Kernel to Oracle Linux 5.14
- Enable and support SE Linux on the new OS
- Protect and secure the Factory Reset Partition to prevent any tampering
Requirements
- Experience working in Networking Security products, preferably in SSL-VPN, NAC, WAF or Firewall products
- Expertise in Linux Kernel and user space
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming
- Solid knowledge of network engineering
Nice to have
- Background in SE Linux and Linux Bootloader
- Flexibility to use Perl and Python languages
