Program Manager Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in eCommerce and omnichannel program management to join our team in a hybrid work arrangements in Belgium or Netherlands. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing complex B2B and B2C commerce projects, fostering high-performing teams, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. This role involves driving the successful delivery of value through all project phases - from Discovery to Implementation - while ensuring cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement. With exceptional leadership and communication skills, you will empower teams to innovate, adapt to technology trends and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven retail and eCommerce experience, leading projects of a scale from 50-150 FTE
  • Proven experience in program or project management within a digital agency or similar environment
  • B2B and/or B2C Commerce experience (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager or similar) is a must-have
  • Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in budget and resource management, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to adapt to the latest technology trends and drive innovation in program delivery
  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certification
