We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our Solutioning Team, specializing in the development of Power BI reports, dashboards, and Power Apps solutions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our solutions are aligned with business needs and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Build solution capabilities for Power BI and Power Apps development
- Lead the solutioning team in creating Power BI reports and solutions
- Oversee Power Apps solution development to improve business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct business analysis to thoroughly understand business needs
- Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency of solutions
- Manage the lifecycle of Power BI and Power Apps projects from initiation to deployment
- Support team members in modeling and data visualization
- Develop reusable templates and establish best practices
- Maintain compliance with governance and security standards
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or related role within data and analytics
- Strong skills in business analysis and requirements gathering from business teams
- Experience with Power BI and Power Apps
- Leadership experience and strong project management capabilities
- Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Medior to senior level experience in relevant fields
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Automate
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
